I'm using the Shinhan Derma Card, and recently, my card was not recognized when I paid at an offline store. I decided to get a replacement card because it was inconvenient, but since the Derma Card is a discontinued card, I can't get a replacement card through the mobile Shinhan Card app, and I have to call them directly.

So I called the customer center, and it was just AI agents... I applied for a reissue, and they sent me a mobile reissue link via text, and that was it. No, they said it didn't work there, so I called them... What should I do😇 I connected to a second agent and applied for a reissue, and I think there are people who have the same problem as me, so I'm sharing my method.
